Silver clock

Large pendulum clock in lyre shape, heavy silver bronze case, with four-week walking and striking mechanism. Brass dial with 12 enamel cartouches, Roman numerals, Breguet iron hands, painted black. The front is decorated with laurel tendrils, the side is decorated with oak leaves.
Manufacture: 3rd quarter of the 19th century by Ferrier, Paris, vol. Montmartre

Rarity, as the group of people who could afford such clocks certainly preferred gold plating.
